Also known as CSRP2_HUMAN, CSRP2, LMO5, SMLIM. Drastically down-regulated in response to PDGF-BB or cell injury, that promote smooth muscle cell proliferation and dedifferentiation. Seems to play a role in the development of the embryonic vascular system. Interacts with KAT14. The LIM domain 1 is necessary and sufficient for this interaction. Interacts with GLRX3 (By similarity).
