Binds and activates the KLRK1/NKG2D receptor, mediating natural killer cell cytotoxicity., Down-regulates the expression of KLRK1 and stimulates natural killer cells to secrete IFNG., Stimulates natural killer cells to secrete IFNG. Interacts with KLRK1/NKG2D.
