DESCRIPTION

Also known as LRFN4_HUMAN, LRFN4, SALM3. Promotes neurite outgrowth in hippocampal neurons. May play a role in redistributing DLG4 to the cell periphery (By similarity). Can form heteromeric complexes with LRFN1, LRFN2, LRFN3 and LRFN5. Unable to form homophilic interactions across cell junctions (By similarity). Interacts with DLG1, DLG2, DLG3 and DLG4.
