Also known as FBX27_HUMAN, FBXO27, FBG5, FBX27. Substrate-recognition component of the SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein)-type E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. Able to recognize and bind denatured glycoproteins, which are modified with complex-type oligosaccharides. Part of a SCF (SKP1-cullin-F-box) protein ligase complex. Interacts with SKP1 and CUL1.
