DESCRIPTION

Also known as RADIL_HUMAN, RADIL, KIAA1849. Downstream effector of Rap required for cell adhesion and migration of neural crest precursors during development. Interacts with RAP1A; in a GTP-dependent manner. Does not interact with members of the Ras family (PubMed:17704304). Interacts (via PDZ domain) with KIF14; is recruited to the microtubule network restricting its interaction with activated RAP1A (PubMed:23209302).
